Hi, i would like to know how to send in a picture in pdf format on a ipad?

Answer:

Follow your screen, it will ask you to upload your photos… If the photo is printable, a scale of sizes and prices will appear for you to select which size and then offer a variety of ways to pay, Pay Pal, credit or debit card and so on… Depending on how busy will determine how long it takes to process. No matter how busy, typically the process is pretty quick then depending on which mailing company, USPS, UPS and so on, mailing usually takes quite a few days depending on the distance but you will be able to track your package the entire distance to your doorstep… The delivery company like UPS always takes longer than CanvasDiscount. I think most all complaints are about how long it takes the mailing of the package and not about the quality of the printing which is always outstanding…

Hi is the photo glue to the mini 2x2 acrylic block.

Answer:

The canvas photo is stretched and stapled around a wood frame. Simply beautiful! The clarity of the picture remained as sharp as the original photo. Highly recommended and will use them again.

CanvasDiscount doesn't publish photos or make them available to anyone other than the person who submitted the order…

How do you deal with poor quality print on canvas? i recently had 5 prints done. 4 are superb. the 16x24 print has dark blue ink smears.

I don't know if you have any options, their customer service is non-existent.

Why do "free" prints, show in the final order as full price?

Answer:

I'm having a similar problem with them - except the price advertised on their site jumps $3 per unit when I try to pay. I suspect they're counting on you just paying the higher price since you've gone to the (wasted) time & trouble of editing yourstuff exactly the way you want it.
