When is the delivery speed? I ordered a blanket Feb. 7th and im still waiting:( I never got an email confirmation, did anyone else have this issue? i ordered a fleece blanket 12-1-2017 and haven't received it How do you contact the customer service department of this company for minor modifications to an order? Received order on 11/28/17 The 16 x 24 canvas print has dark blue ink smears in the very light blue area of the water. why do "free" prints, show in the final order as full price? how wide is the walnut wood frame that surrounds? trying to figure final dimensions of a 30 by 40 I just received a large canvas photo that I did not order and totally do not recognize.
