Hi, I have order a wet grinder from your website, while order no extra fee is mentioned, but now i paid custom fee for delivery. You promised to refund the custom fee, Do i have any update on my custom fee refunding. you have promised to repay the custom fee 14 days back and I'm not getting any response from the team till now from the support email id.

I don't thing they will return the custom fees as they don't respond to any queries
