I got the product ordered in a good condition, though the customer service was worst and I had to pay custom fees which I was not aware.

Hi, I have order a wet grinder from your website, while order no extra fee is mentioned, but now i paid custom fee for delivery. You promised to refund the custom fee, Do i have any update on my custom fee refunding. you have promised to repay the custom fee 14 days back and I'm not getting any response from the team till now from the support email id.

I don't thing they will return the custom fees as they don't respond to any queries

Dont ever order anything from this website.. they will never answer for any of your queries.. They never keep their promises. I paid custom fee on top of my order amount. They initially said they will repay custom fee. But no response after that, I'm tried sending emails now.. don't ever order anything in this website.

Exactly. They will not answer any queries. No response to any of the phone calls. Out also goes to voice mail.
