Hello, i booked 3 flights today for 1,090.00, shortly i received an email saying my booking is cancelled. i called the number on my email but the agent is saying its lastminut.com?? i asked for a refund but they say it will take 7 to 15 working days for refund depending on my bank? i need the money to re book another flight asap! tomorrow the price will go high, wont stay the same! how can i book another ticket now if i dont get that money back today?

So i had a flight delay of 14 hours with ryanair which the flight was booked through bravofly online. ryanair advised in writing the compensation and this would be refunded to the original payment method, which of course is though bravofly. then receiving a email from bravofly with a different amount on, and let's say i was no impressed at all. i emailed bravofly and they advised they were looking into it, got no response until receiving a email to say they have refunded the money and the value is £276 different from what ryanair advised in my letter. i've got no reposnse from bravofly of why they are robbing this money from me and no one will speak to me just get out on hold. please advise on who to go to to help with this and get my full refund, bravofly did not sit in the airport for 14 hours so why should they get any money from this? paphos to stansted 17th june 2016

I have made a booking id 769976005 via bravofly with tiger air and scoot but i can not search my pnr code: j6ce8j on tiger air and scoot website. how can i checked it? my ticket is available? my booking mentioned that: "1 item of luggage max 15kg" mean that i have 7kg for carry on luggage and 15kg for checked in luggage? how can i increase luggage?

Had poor experience with them. call them to modify flight details and they said, they will check with airline and call me back. called me back after a month. called them again to add extra luggage and again, they said will call back within 24-48 hrs. unfortunately, the called me back at the day of the flight to ask if i am interested. when i asked them about the delay, the reason the explained to me are complete lies. on both the occasions, i had to personally contact the airlines to get the modification done which took hardly 10 mins. poor service and will stay away from them. actually they are the poorest i have seen. any plans to change the qos?

I cant find my confirmed flight on 8th august 2016 to kathmandu from kuala lumpur which is confirmed for the booking by bravofly, but when i checked on the website of the airline company, airasia, the flight will depart from kuala lumpur on 7th august instead? anyone could help? i contacted the airline company, and they cant help me? and i almost cant reach bravofly?
