So I had a flight delay of 14 hours with Ryanair which the flight was booked through Bravofly online. Ryanair advised in writing the compensation and this would be refunded to the original payment method, which of course is though Bravofly.
Then receiving a email from Bravofly with a different amount on, and let's say I was no impressed at all.
I emailed Bravofly and they advised they were looking into it, got no response until receiving a email to say they have refunded the money and the value is £276 different from what Ryanair advised in my letter. I've got no reposnse from Bravofly of why they are robbing this money from me and no one will speak to me just get out on hold.
Please advise on who to go to to help with this and get my full refund, Bravofly did not sit in the airport for 14 hours so why should they get any money from this?
