I need to return some clothes from boohoo but I sprained my ankle and was unable to get to the collect+ place and have missed the 14 days return policy by a couple of days! If I were to return them anyway will they just keep the clothes and not pay me back?

Iwas a day or so late too and they couldn't have been nicer about it. They actually sent me a replacement before I put the original in the mail back to them. Once I said I wanted a larger size it was just posted to me straight away.
