After reading a couple of feedbacks about bluefly items, i am now very worried. i have been purchasing some items from them although i must say their shipping or transit time is unbelievably long, but today i just have placed an order for 2 furla bags on sale, and i have just read some bad reviews saying that furla bags from bluefy are knock offs and says that they are made in china, can anyoneplease advise me on what to do? i am very worried now.

No, they are not. Do not purchase high-end designer pieces from Bluefly--they are not authorized retailers and many pieces are knock-offs.

What are the all around quality of the watches and shipping

Answer:

I would never buy again. Their customer service is the worst, and I needed to file a claim from both Amazon and American Express to get my issue resolved. It took two months to receive refund, and that was after many many calls, no response or call backs from bluefly. I would never purchase again, especially big ticket items.

I am looking for a set of summer bridesmate style dresses and i need a dozen of them. what i need to know is can they be easily returned if they do not fit appropriately. i get that returning a single dress is easy but returning a dozen can often be challenging. also i do not want to be charged a return fee for each individual dress and separate shipping for each of them. has anyone done this before from this store?
