Why did the rep Megan blow me off when I tried the chat line to ask a question?  She told me to email instead.  I used the chat line for a reason!

I fell for the marketing that it's designed by doctors. It's not. An algorithm will choose random meals based on calorie counts. Having used it for 2 months I can't wait to try a different service. Food is gross, bland or very salty. Eggs have a layer of liquid always.
