What made you choose bistromd over similar businesses?

Answer:

I fell for the marketing that it's designed by doctors. It's not. An algorithm will choose random meals based on calorie counts. Having used it for 2 months I can't wait to try a different service. Food is gross, bland or very salty. Eggs have a layer of liquid always.

Why did the rep megan blow me off when i tried the chat line to ask a question? she told me to email instead. i used the chat line for a reason!

If i order some food, can you easily stop a subscription to their foods? i might like it but i might get easily bored of the food and i don't want a long term commitment.

Answer:

No, you will be charged for 1-2 additional full deliveries before they acknowledge your cancellation. Don't trust the online cancellation either, you have to have proof you cancelled.
