Both of my purchases were new in box as 90% assembled. Hint: stick with Windsor brand where possible; the only best quality brand bike that I can verify.

They claim to sell new bikes however, since I never received a reply or even an autoresponse that they got any of my many email inquiries, I have no evidence of that claim.
