- if you purchased the app on our website, you can open the BetterMe app, then select More-->Help-->Manage subscription.
For Android users:

- if you purchased the app on our website, you can also open the BetterMe app, then select Profile-->Help-->Manage subscription
Additionally, our customers can also manage their subscription on our website: https://app.betterme.world/ --> Account --> Subscriptions.
Just log in with the email address and password you previously used for your BetterMe app.

Our general subscription gives you access to premium features. However, not all the available tools are included in this package – some of them come with a separate subscription. You must have selected one of those right after getting the main license, that is why you were charged the same day.
We would like to kindly emphasize that the purchase can only be completed with user's explicit approval. No steps can be taken without your direct permission. Additional features you have purchased give you access to the bundle of workouts so you can reach your peak performance.

We are sorry if your experience could have been better. We provide our customers with licenses to access the BetterMe app that advises users on working out and eating healthy. Please, be informed that there is no way for BetterMe to charge the user's account without the direct permission of the user. Each customer chooses a subscription package and is being billed due to the conditions of this subscription.
If a user doesn't want to continue using the service, they can cancel the subscription 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. This information is clearly available on the checkout page for our customers to review before placing the order. They can also find it in the confirmation email along with the option to unsubscribe by contacting our support team.
