I've been unable to contact beds.co.uk regarding an order i placed. no-one answering hones and no reply when leave message on online chat :-(

Answer:

Sent them an email last week as I don't think that I have received a memory foam mattress as advertised, still no reply. Will advise trading standards next week if no response and follow up with small claims court if necessary

Hi we order a mettres from this company but i had to cancel it because it wasn't arrived in day they said it is more then 3 week nearly

Hi there Hina, With our mattresses we do advise of a 7-10 working days for delivery as they are ordered in via the manufacturers however if you stipulate that you need a product by a certain date we will book this in for a rapid delivery free of charge, However please send me your delivery postal code to julie@beds.co.uk and I will get this matter looked into for you. Ordered bed & mattress. order acknowledged by email 1st oct. since then no update/delivery. tried to call but no-one picks up. michelle easton
