Hi. My sister would like to order from you. I need to know if your return policy is good? If she receives the wrong item or damaged will you take it back to exchange for the correct or non damaged item?

Yes, our return policy is very humanized. When receiving the wrong item, you can exchange for the correct one. Thanks.

Notice how they said "when" you receive the wrong item. Because you will or no item at all. They will take your money and not respond or ship to you in a timely fashion.
