on 7/20/19Banggood is not honest seller. It's normal that they don't keep their promises and just respond automated canned responses. They tell you to contact via email but never care about you again.
They don't care, they don't have any consumer protection rights in China nor do they have any in their trade agreements with America, so to them a bad review means nothing. They get away with treating customers badly because they know their low prices will undercut any other competition, due to the fact that there are no copyright or patent laws in China so they take good products and make them for way cheaper then the original because they pay there workers next to nothing so that keeps costs down. Ever heard of "Chinese knock-offs" or "Chinese sweatshops"? The combined lack of copyright/patent laws, consumer protection laws, and worker protection laws are some of the reasons for this. They can basically screw you over with no consequences other then people complaining. I know, it sucks
