why do you have to have a video of a faulty product if the item does not work how can you video it and not everyone as a video

I had the same problem, they devised the video to make life difficult for returning items, just as is a photo of the label, not needed as we're not denying we received item. Even if you provide a video, the staff are too stupid to understand it, and they'll make more demands. They'll do anything, including lying, to avoid refunds. Only way that worked for me was Paypal, God bless them
