They are real sorry at returns, customer service (dispite the stuff they say on their webiste). If you get something it will a while to arrive. Slow boat from China. You will be stuck with whatever you get. Some people are pleased, others are not. I fall in the later catagory and will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

Yes but I ow; don't advice ever doing business with them. They sent my order and the product was the worn size as well as defective. Banged or Bang bad as it should be called, refused to to refund my money much less give me an exchange which is what I wanted. They are no good company that I will never do business with again. You have been warned.

There is no process, you made the mistake of buying from Banggood, which roughly translated, means crooks

Banggood is a real company. The prices are real. My first order with them got lost and after many weeks (I contacted them several times during this time) they resent the order which I got in a timely manner.
