No. My goods arrived with no paper work, they did not need signing for and I received nothing by email. Trying to get the service desk to identify my order was problematic and in one instance they emailed me details for a completely different order, including name and address details of another person.
Worst impulse purchase I ever made. I really don't believe any of these rave reviews are genuine, unless they are used to buying crap products with no customer service.

I don't understand why so many people who answered your question here have had such unresolved bad experiences, because, honestly I haven't had ANY shipping problems, which I've only encountered twice within a 2 year period shopping with BG, that can't be resolved.

It looks all legit. There is a tracking number. At first the tracking number leads to USPS where it says it has no record of it. That usually means the order hasn't gotten in to the USPS system yet. After a week that USPS link totally disappeared. The rest of the story is a bunch of hocus pocus. I think they send out just enough of the product to get good reviews. The rest of us get the shaft. My friend ordered the same item and got it 3 days later. I ordered 3 hours later. We live in the same neighborhood. I'm still waiting. They gave me a link to a tracking site, but it hasn't moved since 11/6/15 even though the thing moved from the 11/5 to 11/6 with the record of movement 12/1. Strange. I guess we all need to keep talking about it until something is done. They count on everyone giving up.

As above, once it leaves their hands it all is in the hands of the shipper. Small items seem to ship faster than large ones.

No, you only get a tracking number once your parcel fails to arrive and the number then proves to not be real.
Do yourself a favour, don't buy from this company unless you really want to join the long list of dissatisfied, out of pocket customers.
I didn't receive two parcels, tracking numbers were fake and I never managed to get a refund, despite being told that I would. It's been months now so just had to write off the money I spent.

Fraud company do not use. Tracking numbers are useless.

Their tracking is generally useless and inaccurate. My last order may as well have given the coordinates to planet earth.

None of the items I have bought from them have been tagged even ones costing a couple of hundred pounds.
