I contacted a distributor to purchase one of these box. however, he told me i have to pay a monthly subscription fee of $15 dollars or $150.00 yearly to be on a server. i thought once you purchase this box, i do not have pay to have access to the programs. an you comment on this. thanks. dave r

Answer:

Hello Dave, We do not do any subscription services. How ever, you can find IPTV service providers online that are licensed and ready to be used. We have many free apps that give you great free content that is readily available on the internet, but in terms of the monthly subscription of $15 we are not familiar with that.

Trying to watch cfl western final, keeps freezing every few minutes. help!

Could be internet connection, have you tried to check your download speed? www.speedtest.net.

Being new at this this is not a complaint as of yet but the 2 avov boxes i bought keep freezing up or do not load some of the movies or channels at all. can i get some help to resolve my issues? my provider is bell and my modem is a fiber optic one. i would prefer communicating through my email (bedardg@yahoo.com) if this is not too much to ask. thank you gabriel bedard, from north bay, ontario.

Hi i have an avov tvonline plus which kept freezing and disconnecting every 5 minutes, i did change the box from the dealer and the new one was better but also disconnecting every 30 mins until i used ehernet cable instead of wifi, now for the past 2 days working fine. could it be the wifi is defected? thanks

Why can't i save my favorite channels. it kept deleting my favorites.
