Being new at this this is not a complaint as of yet but the 2 AVOV boxes I bought keep freezing up or do not load some of the movies or channels at all. Can I get some help to resolve my issues? My provider is Bell and my modem is a fiber optic one. I would prefer communicating through my email (bedardg@yahoo.com) if this is not too much to ask.
