Hi, i bought the vixo 2 box 4 months back and it was running fine till last week and all of a sudden it started to freeze. after 2 mins of channel viewing it gets freezed. i changed to 2 different subscriptions and they say that it a problem with the box. please suggest.

I just got an avov tvonline and noticed that the power led stays red all the time. is it really like that. never turns green.

Answer:

We only use one LED light source for the devices. This means, its only powered on to show the device is on. No Red/Green. We are coming with those features on our new devices! Check our site, www.avov.tv

I have the avov vixo1 the online tv app stream very badly half the time the tv guide along the side is gone i have major buffering issues on every app movie 25 putlocker now that being said i have upgraded everything i can i have 60mbps cable internet and these should be streaming fine, i have done speed tests confronted my isp about speed throteling and replaced all my cables re organized my power plugs i have done everything i can and still major buffering issues i wrote to avov and i have been waiting for an email for about a week now no one has contacted me i need help this is frustrating.
