I would never choose Autotrader "over" similar businesses, at the most in addition to them. But because they don't care about their customers at all, I just decided not to use them even in addition to similar business. Last time Autotrader was a good service it was around 2012, unfortunately.

Long term brand recognition, but the brand has fallen. They are wasting what reputation they have left. If i had a stake in autotrader i would dump it fast before they completely run that brand into the ground.

There are very limited places to sell my vehicle privately. This was the most popular.
