You cannot get in touch with Auto trader period. No ONE ANSWERS PHONES OR EMAILS AFTER A WEEK OF TRYING. THEY PROVIDE AUTO REPLY CASE NUMBERS AND NO ONE FOLLOWS UP AFTER THAT.

Impossible, been trying for 2 weeks. I sent 6 request trough the ticketing system. 3 emails to customer service. 2 phone calls to head office. So far after 2 weeks i have not been contacted and my problem is not resolved. I guess my money is not good enough.

You can't get a hold of customer service at AutoTRADER.ca. They don't exist. I tried several times. Only a form to fill out, they never get back to you, over a week now, still no response.
