Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from autoTRADER.ca staff and previous consumers.
In my experience it is impossible to have a meaningful conversation with them. An absolutely useless bunch.
I would never choose Autotrader "over" similar businesses, at the most in addition to them. But because they don't care about their customers at all, I just decided not to use them even in addition to similar business. Last time Autotrader was a good service it was around 2012, unfortunately.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD. NO COMMUNICATION PERIOD!
