Dear Yasmin, For USA orders we have a 30 day return policy, for pre-owned items 14 days. All items sold by Ashford are 100% genuine and authentic with their original serial numbers intact. Additionally, all items sold by Ashford are brand new, unworn and free of defects, unless they are clearly described as "Certified Pre-Owned." All new Ashford items include original packaging, and care manuals. You can verify this at local watch shops or with serial numbers with the manufacture.

Hello. i find feedbacks about the watch not working after receiving. do you provide refunds in case this problem happens?

Answer:

No they don't. I asked for a refund within a few days, as the watch was fogged and not working properly. I was sternly advised "NO REFUNDS". I asked if I could return it, and use the funds for a credit towards another watch. I was told "No."
