There are a lot of negative reviews because there are so many unscrupulous "sellers" using Artfire. Read: scammers. The site itself is unscrupulous, too. It burns buyers, who have no recourse if they pay for something which is never sent, and according to these reviews, it often burns the sellers too. I was unaware of that until recently. Years ago, (like 6 years ago) I had a positive experience with Artfire, so evidently at one time it still had some ethical sellers. I make jewelry, and I bought a bunch of appropriate charms to make some steampunk accessories. They were delivered pretty promptly and were just as they appeared to be. I had done no further business with Artfire until a couple of months ago, when I tried to buy a couple of tough-to-find Swarovski crystals for another project. I made the order and sent the payment. Nothing was ever sent to me. I contacted the seller after a few weeks of waiting. No response. Needless I say, I've been scammed. Luckily, I didn't buy much--only 2 crystals, but they were more expensive than normal.

How would i go about getting my money back, from this website?

I paid through Pay Pal & now I have a case w/these Liars honestly they should practice hat they preach & stop lying to the Consumers because Karma is nothing to play with at all. Just keep on reporting them through didn't site & have the Better Business Bureau involved & everyone band together we can close them down completely. Thank you

Dear Laura, I dont know if they are an active shop - the sad part here is that when dealing with AF you have no recourse. You can not reach them - ever. I have heard many similar complaints from buyers. I hope that your itme purchased was not too costly and that you can move on - we all have our AF nightmare stories. They are really the worst.

I ordered a necklace from artfire from loveitpersonalized and they took the money out of my account two weeks ago but i have not received it yet. i tried to send her several e-mails but i get no response. does it take a while sometimes?

My son ordered something in FEBRUARY and it hasn't shown up. Today I finally get involved because I feel he is getting the run around. And guess what! The seller on Artfire no longer exists! ChampionAmazingShop
