On Sept. 25 I purchased an item from jandtcreations. According to my invoice, the item was paid for but I have never received my purchase. Since I live about 120 miles from where the seller is located, I was expecting to receive my purchased item within a few days. So now I am wondering if I ever will get what I paid for. I have attempted several times to contact jandtcreations but have never received a response. So, I want to know: Is jandtcreations an active ArtFire shop? What is the procedure for a refund in case I never receive my item or I do not receive it in a timely fashion. Sadly, this was my first experience with ArtFire and it will be my last.

Dear Laura, I dont know if they are an active shop - the sad part here is that when dealing with AF you have no recourse. You can not reach them - ever. I have heard many similar complaints from buyers. I hope that your itme purchased was not too costly and that you can move on - we all have our AF nightmare stories. They are really the worst.
