I'm having a similar issue with an order I placed April 22. Cannot track the order cannot get any response, nothing. I have filed a complaint with PayPal
This is a lie. I emailed them and was told not to worry. It was on it's way. Since it was ordered on April 19,2020 and it is May 24,2020. I had even shown proof of my order. Annie Cloth sent me a link with a tracking number. The number was not recognized. It should not take this long even coming from the UK.
Honey, we ALL like the clothing pictured by this scal company, but they have lifted photos and are copying the designs (SOOOOO POORLY). Whenever you see headless models pictured, that should set off warning bells in your head. There are a host of rotating scammer clothing sites that replicate this business model of taking higher end clothes, knocking them off in China then showing you the original item as an example of their work. Look carefully at the photos... there is one repeating model they keep showing over & over. The REAL manufacturer of the clothes pictured is likely to be far pricier and I'm sure if he could litigate against this low rent junk "company", he would be doing it.
Lost in Neverland, I'll wage. Mine has been out there for 43 days, started a dispute with PayPal, if no refund I'll start one with my bank. These people are in China, a total rip off.
