I would like to return a purchase
I wanted to return an order but it did not show no return address or even a phone # so I returned it to the shipping address it came from.
I was told yesterday my shipment would ship in 3-4 days. It is #HBOBB00543856. WHEN i CHECKED IT IS STILL PROCESSING. WHEN WILL I GET MY SHIPPMENT PLEA

Poor quality fabric. Does not match the pictures. I have not received a refund or my order after two months.
