I have talked to them several times. Through out the years. Never a problem they are very helpful.

It takes far too long to get a response from them and then they're rude as if the one in the wrong is the customer.

It takes weeks and you won't get an answer. The answer you will receive is incomplete and you won't get a second answer.

It's very difficult to get in contact with them. The submission form on their website is broken, and their phone number automatically disconnected me several times. Email response times are not great, either.
