I made two large purchases that valued over $700 each and received an empty box for one order and the other order just never showed up. I contacted their customer service about the incident and they took 3 months to a refund to me and then when I attempted to make another purchase recently, I was unable to. After contacting customer service again, I was told that they felt as though I should go purchase from a retail store so that way I wouldn't have anymore issues with the delivery. Mind you buying from a retail store would have not only cost me more, but they don't always have the correct sizes and nobody has time to run around town to different stores trying to find these items. I don't recommend anyone buy from this company as they don't take any accountability for their lost items nor do they hold the shipping company responsible for mishandlings of packages, but instead say that it's the customers fault and that they should do something different which is highly inconvenient and not advised, especially during this time of COVID-19 when it's unsafe to be around other people who you don't know if they're infected or not. They would rather customers risk their lives instead of just owning that there was a mistake on their end of things.
