Seems like I pasted to much text in Life story and now the screen is blank with dark grey background. I can't get into edit and now my life story is blank. How get out of this and be able to enter data in life story?

My disappearing tree. Why do people keep disappearing from my tree. Also photo's taken off. Absolutely fed up with putting people back on.
