Is there an ipad app help link that I can look at? The help area is like walking into a large city and trying to find an apartment without an address. On my ipad the trees stop after 4 generations when I have 8 or 9 on my PC.

My disappearing tree. Why do people keep disappearing from my tree. Also photo's taken off. Absolutely fed up with putting people back on.
