I find the new format cluttered and not user-friendly. I want to go back to the old format. How do I do that?

I believe you can remove your account number (Visa or MC) from your profile and advise your bank to not process this subscription renewal as you have attempted to cancel to no avail. Hope it works as I will be doing it soon as well.

The suggestions posted should be sufficient to cancel or have the bank do it.

You can not. They are working in connection with the Family Life Center, affiliated with the Church of LDS. OR ATLEAST THAT I WAS TOLD when I ask I'd the NEW OWNERS were the Church of LDS. The new owners have decided to do things differently.

I've read on the Ancestry blog that if the "Old Ancestry" button is not in your drop-down menu that you can call and ask them to switch you back. Although, unfortunately, D-Day is coming and we will eventually all be forced to use the New Ancestry. > :(

I am told though that the old ancestry is not available to all members and it won't be available for very long. Unless they get enough complaints we will be forced to use the new one soon.

Click on your name in the top right hand corner of the display - you will find a list of choices, on of which is 'old Ancestry' Click on that, and you will be taken to a page which asks why you want to leave New ancestry - tell them! Then click on to OK, and you will go back to Old Ancestry - Breath a sigh of relief!
