I made a reservation through amoma which emailed me a "voucher", yet when i called the hotel to confirm my reservation, the hotel had no record of the transaction. the reference number was not even a number that the hotel uses. have i been ripped off?

If i make a reservation through your website now, can i get a confirmation from the hotel directly to confirm they have received my booking.

Hi Sonia, The booking will always be confirmed once the voucher is sent to your e-mail address. Sometimes it takes the hotel until 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date to update the names in their system. However, you will be provided with a Hotel booking reference in the confirmation email and your personal account on our site, which your hotel can easily find your booking with.
