Answer:

They use artificial intelligence what an oxymoron and a useless offshore customer service. You have to spend hours and multiple calls to get to an executive customer service member in America and they treat you like they own amazon personally. If I was not disabled I would not use them but it convenient when things go right.

That's why they have amazon prime items. To let you know they are not junk. Some people like the ridiculously cheap prices of somethings. But common sense tells you: you get what you pay for.

It could well be out of stock or coming from another vendor. Prime 2 day delivery is from ship date, not order date.
