All my co writers to this site are right, its a complete knock offs. Suggest, if you are bent on buying from this site, Pay by PAYPAL but make sure the money is transferred once you are satisfied. The seller will not answer your problems and may not return your hard earned money. There English is pigeon English. Worst you may be blamed for it, as it happened my case. Please be careful and pay heed to other writers who have advised you. Best of Luck.

You can send a message to the seller. Also, check the feedbacks to understand the quality of sellers :) if it does not seem reliable, do not order and just look for another seller which sell the same product.

Shoes will be in China sizes and will probably not fit you, also you will most likely lose your money and not be able to get a refund customer service is a waste of time if you manage to get a human to talk to. I WOULD GIVE ALIEXPRESS A MISS

It depends on who you deal with. I have dealt with 3 sellers - 2 are terrible, and 1 is great. I would definitely deal with the good seller again - he is honest, and I have bought 5 or 6 items through him and everything went fine. But the ratio of bad to good sellers leaves me very uneasy. I don't think I would buy from Ali Express again, unless I only dealt with the 1 good seller I have found. Getting your money back is a real tedious and protracted process. I'm glad I paid with a credit card and put the transaction into "dispute" - honestly, I doubt if I would have recovered my money had I not done this.

Supposedly, but as soon you file a claim, you're on your own against the seller, and if the seller does not want to refund you (as it's always the case) for whatever reason, Aliexpress will not force them to refund you, nor they will themselves. It's a scam

Aliexpress is a rip off outfit. They say buyer protection but there is none. If you don't believe that just try getting satisfaction or your money back. They are crooks and thieves
