I have lost money a few times. The companies that sell on FB have been proven to be scam companies on numerous occasions. Paypal said they were given a tracking number, therefore, no refund for me! I still haven't received my order and definitely no refund. Facebook can be fun if you don't take it seriously or trust your life savings to them... just don't buy anything from their advertisers

Tip for consumers:
Look up the item you want to buy and get it through other avenues.

I've never had trouble with Aliexpress, I doubled-up an order once and received a refund without hesitation. Just be careful with their clothes sizes though. A size 14 woman (Australian size) will often find even a XXL item a bit snug.

This company advertises under a few business names but their products are the same. All branches have disgruntled "customers". They won't return emails and Facebook has many ads for them. These people are thieves, pure and simple... Later... I've notified Facebook 24/8 but they won't do anything. We're on our own... Later... Comfyrs emailed me after I asked for a refund. One of those "one size fits all" emails. I've had a few of those over the years. They don't mean much. Apparently they're disappointed I don't want their business but miraculously, my order is being prepared and I will be notified when it's on its way. We'll see, shall we? Update... another email... they can't find my order number or email address. OMG... what a company. And my order was apparently being filled. I'll keep you posted... Update... another email. Do I really want a refund? Their clothes are on special right now and such a great bargain. YES PLEASE. I really DO want a refund. Friday 28th August... emails to and fro. The bottom line is, I've been convinced to wait for my order but I'm not confident. I will update when there's a definite result Update 1/9... Comfyrs says they will refund. Update... Still waiting for the refund Update 5/9... Full refund received, minus $4. I'm lucky

My order from Fishpond has been ignored. Also my refund request or even an explanation. If you want to go higher, complain to Worldfront. I did but they treated me the same as their off-shoot, Fishpond. I wish you better luck. Neither of these businesses have any business ethics. Update... I received a refund. I can't believe it. Never Fishpond again though. Late September... One book arrived. One still missing. Returned book to Fishpond
