Aliexpress is a rip off outfit. They say buyer protection but there is none. If you don't believe that just try getting satisfaction or your money back. They are crooks and thieves

Ali is not a rip off. Do your homework look at the comments that other people leave about the sellers only deal with experienced top ranked sellers and you will be fine. You have to be patient because it does take some time to get your orders if you go with the free shipping but I have always got my orders... the only time I had an issue was when I was a newbie and ordered from a seller that was new and trying to attempt something underhanded. Alli contacted me to let me know that this seller was being investigated and when they concluded that the person was doing something fraudulent they promptly notified me and refunded my money back into my account within a couple days. I didn't have to do a single thing. The only other advise I can give... is to people that like to track their orders... stay away from Sellers using Yanwen. Yanwen is a Logistics company that some of the buyers use. The problem with Yanwen is that once your order leaves the originating country and lands in your country you will no longer be able to track your order. Yanwen use their own tracking codes which get changed when they enter your country. Ask the seller before you order if they use Yanwen for shipping to your country. Some will offer other methods if you let them know that you prefer not to use Yanwen...

I am sorry to hear about your experience with Aliexpress. Aliexpress has been good for me. They are not a rip off. I am not saying they are perfect but they are no diffeerent then others. I have not had a bad experiance with them and I have bought Many things from them. I have not bought clothes. But then I would not buy clothes from other countries including the USA because of the size difference.

You are not buying puma shoes at Aliexpress. You are buying a cheap made copy of Puma shoes. Buy your shoes at a local store.

If you ar rigt with the Sitze of the shoes and rate the chop by 5 * ok otherwise. You get problems on refund if needed.

I have done my homework and research, therefore the concern. Maybe someone from AliExpress will provide a printout of all their balance sheet detailing their business transactions.

Just talk to the seller, explain to him, ask to cancel the 3rd order, usually that will do, otherwise open dispute, ali express is reliable site

Just remember their sizes are a lot different than USA. Everything runs very small in clothing. Don't know about shoes. On the site you are at there should be a size chart. Measure the bottom of your shoe in inches. There is a place on every site where you can contact seller. If your size is an 8 USA their 8 may be different. So tell them in inches how long your foot is and ask them what size you should get. Don't know about width.

Even "top ranked sellers" can; t be trusted. I've had to report several of those for stealing my art and selling it on tees and device cases. At least 90% of what you find on AliExpress is going to be knockoffs and NOT the real brand names. That's why the stuff is so cheap. It's not real. So I would say if you want the real thing, suck up the price and go to an actual official retailer near you.
