Hello, i am very upset and disturbed by my experience with this company. once i received the guitar it to my luthier to have a fret job done and he told me the guitar does not have a truss rod in the neck. i can't believe this. with chicago winters the neck on the guitar will be so warped it is unplayable inside a year. please understand i would gladly send it back because of this major flaw but i won't pay to send it back when it's not my fault it is faulty. it i expected that a guitar have a truss! even the cheapest lowest grade guitar have one! unbelievable. please assist. i don't want to but i will begin an anti alibaba campaign online if i don't receive satisfaction about this grievous flaw in this guitar. i've had it less than a month and the neck is already beginning to move. sincerely donald r. moore
