Hello, I am very upset and disturbed by my experience with this company. Once I received the guitar it to my luthier to have a fret job done and he told me the guitar does not have a truss rod in the neck. I can't believe this. With Chicago winters the neck on the guitar will be so warped it is unplayable inside a year. Please understand I would gladly send it back because of this MAJOR flaw but I won't pay to send it back when it's not my fault it is faulty. IT I EXPECTED THAT A GUITAR HAVE A TRUSS! Even the cheapest lowest grade guitar have one! Unbelievable. Please assist.
I don't want to but I will begin an anti Alibaba campaign online if I don't receive satisfaction about this grievous flaw in this guitar.
I've had it less than a month and the neck is already beginning to move.
