How do you figure the five sets for the free set, i have purchased seven sets so far...

Hi Leone, Thank you for reaching out! Here is how it works: every regular priced set you buy on the website counts towards our Buy Five, Get The Sixth Free deal. You get 200 points for every full regular priced set you buy and once you have 1000 points (it will show in the bra counter in your account), just add any $39.95 set to your shopping bag, proceed to checkout and click on the "loyalty Free" option. Ami being charged extra money by being a vip? i dont understand how it works. i just purchased my very first set and it automatically say im a vip..

Yep because they scam the hell out of you. I've cancelled my vip account twice that I never asked for or signed up for and I'm still getting charged $40 a month so now I have to change my card!

I have been reading that if i place my first order with adoreme i am automatically enrolled into the vip group without it being made perfectly clear, and will be charged $ 39.95 monthly. i have also read that people are having trouble cancelling their orders or membership and have a hard time getting a person on the phone to talk to. i would like to know if any of this is true.

Answer:

It looks like you are auto enrolled as VIP to get the promo price for your first set. I didn't try to check out or anything, but it clearly says "VIP price" for the reduced price. I'm guessing if you want to do pay by month you pay full price. Pretty shady, if you're asking my opinion. A fee for not checking in every month is absolutely reprehensible, and adoreme should consider remodeling their business plan. Anyone who checks out if it's too good to be true finds that it is, and if anyone takes them at their advertising word, the customer thinks it's a one time buy not a subscription. They have several great product reviews, let the clothing speak for itself and customers will be back. At least advertise it properly as a subscription if not going to change the practice.

Hi Wendy, The VIP membership is one of two payment options you select during checkout with your first order. The other is Pay as You Go, our one-time purchase option. VIP members are never obligated to order each month, instead, they visit the site between the first and fifth and choose to either shop or skip that month. If you do not shop or skip between the first and the fifth, you’ll see a $39.95 charge on the card provided. This turns into store credit that you can shop with anytime. This must be in the small print section that they don't tell you that you automatically get signed up for a membership and it charges you monthly. What a scam!
