How am i supposed to be able to order anything when it keeps saying mt cc#is already in the vault? What's that supposed to mean? Also it doesn't show that i had any orders when i just ordered a set on 2/04/2016? It also says that vip is inactive? How can i make it active when i can't even place an order or put mt cc#in to pay for it?
