Do sizes get re-stocked once sold out? If so how long does that usually take? Perhaps you may offer an alert sign up once size is re-stocked?

Some of the sizes do get restocked around the beginning of each month. Thank you for your suggestion regarding alerts, we are definitely looking into this possibility.
