If you choose to drink alcohol just know that your body will use the carbs and sugar for it's immediate fuel and energy, thus stopping the process of fat burning of your stored fat. So you don't do yourself any favors during this time if you consume alcohol. Try Kombucha Teas for an alcohol replacement during this 3 week period. ;)
I usually measure my proteins after cooking. 4 oz of chicken is about the size of a deck of cards- or a little bigger - you could go up to 4.75 oz and still get awesome results
Google... Banting " order the book... The real meal revolution by Tim Noakes... Basically low carb high fat ( the good ones) not processed... Follow the green list or orange list avoid the red list and you will loose weight and be healthy... Plus lots of great recipes in the book too
Agree. It will work either way. Its a great diet On my second round! You have to be committed but who can't do that for 21 days! Good luck and work hard!
