No true Laura and Sandra! If you follow the guide, you need a total of 6 different supplements mine added up to just over $250!
This is certainly not a scam. Google search "3 week diet" review and you will see plenty of positive reviews from hundreds of real sites, blogs, and news articles about the diet.
He recommends making a salad out of the vegetables listed. He says nothing about lettuce or cucumbers, but i did eat cucumbers a couple of times. Felt more full, longer. Yes, he suggests using Whey protein shakes and even provides a link to one he recommends. This helps too, especially after chicken breast becomes a bit repetitive, lol. I hope i helped. -Sophie
Well, the first question is what are you planning to eat before you call it dieting? Are you willing to substitute good food choices with junk food choices? I personally think it is impossible to lose weight without some sort of exercise and dieting. The 3 week diet plan is a low calorie diet plan (i. E. dieting), with some sort of exercise program. The first week I did not exercise much and lost 8.5 lbs. - but I did follow the diet to the letter. I didn't lose anything on the phase 3 of 3 days high fat. I am about to enter the sensible eating portion of the diet and hope to lose another 5-10 lbs. in the 9 days of this phase. I hope this helps. So far, though, there is no real miracle - we all need to do a little work on our end!
