How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at 1800Flowers.ca?

I had to wait on the phone for over 30 minutes for someone to answer me.

Not easy, the customer service number doesn't work, you have to call their main number and then go through their whole service menu but only between 9am and 5pm and the number is berried on their website.
