Placed an order thinking I would get it within the week as my regular supplier ships the same day. No. Five days and three emails and my order is listed as "still processing". I finally called in from Canada and got someone on the phone. He assured me my order would be cancelled since it took way to long. I should have had it within a week at the latest. Sure, I get the refund but only 90% of it. You're charging me a fee for an order I never got? Seriously, not impressed. Don't be fooled by low prices.
Also, MIles, as someone else mentioned who responds to emails - very rude and short. Not helpful at all. Very disappointed as I heard a lot of people say great things about product.
