Felt deceived of $39 charge. They would nor resend it even though I had not spoken to the vet yet.

I submitted a guestion. Was charged $5 but was unaware of $39monthly charge at the time. I requested to cancel before I even got an answer from the vet. Your rep refused to cancel the $39 charge even though it had only been 10 minutes. I know charges can be reversed. I felt like it was a money grab. I will not recommend you to anyone.
