It is very misleading. I asked questions before entering in credit card details as they hooked me in for a $2 fee to sign up fee then send me an email detailing that there is an additional $86 fee. They will not refund you and their service agents when you chat with them fob you off and abruptly shut down the conversation. When the experts respond to you, they get you to send photos then ask you for more money with the option for a phone call. You cannot answer with a No, so you have to close down the conversation. Such a rort.
All agents started out being nice and that they were there to assist with my issue and then could not provide me with proof that the screen that I signed up on listed the extra fee. I could not go back to retrieve it as it would ask me for credit card details again, which I was not prepared to hand over again.
